My Travel Story

My passion for travel and exploring the world has taken me to 82 countries and counting. I am an expert at crafting fantastic itineraries and finding the most stunning accommodations. From small to large groups, budget travel to luxury travel, single locations to multi-country adventures - you can count on me to plan the trip you've been dreaming of!

I started my Instagram account @JoshRigoTravel to document my travels, which quickly spread the travel bug to many of my friends and family members. Curious about how I planned such stunning trips, they starting asking me to help them plan their own travels. While the planning process can stress many people out, I have an absolute blast doing it! Soon after returning from their trips, referrals from happy clients led to planning travels for friends of friends and beyond.

Now, I have started "Josh Rigo Travel" to help YOU plan your next trip. We all want to stay in the best places at the most fantastic locations, but who has the time to search through the endless options that are out there? It can be exhausting!

About Me

When not exploring the world, you can often find me doing something related to the arts. I work as an actor, director, aerial dancer, and interior decorator - and I am also a teacher of theatre and circus. My latest project is acting as Artistic Director for my new company - Elevator Theatre Company!

My education includes attending a year-long professional circus school program to train in aerial acrobatics, obtaining my undergraduate degree in music, a graduate degree in theatre, and completing an Interior Design certification program. I couldn't narrow down what I wanted to study, so I decided to study it all!

I spent about six years as a school teacher, which enabled me to pursue my passion for travel thanks to those wonderful school breaks. After my Instagram travel page took off, I started planning trips for others and I LOVE it! I look forward to being a part of your travel journey!
